New Agent Site Designs Added to Theme Gallery!

Go ahead, judge a website by it’s cover…

Boston Logic’s creative team has added a slew (31, to be exact) of new Individual Agent Themes for Realtors to choose from as they begin the website building process. Choosing a website framework and design that aligns with your personal preferences and specific business needs is an important part of developing your “web presence” and creating a strong personal brand online.

Our designers worked off three basic, user-friendly layouts each with different color schemes.

And the best part about these newly crafted templates is the auto-populated homepage that will pull information from the profile you create on the back-end of the site (i.e. your picture, contact info, and bio). New! QR Codes Added to Showing Sheets

New Sequoia Feature Released

We’ve recently added QR codes to our printable listing and showing sheets. Scanning these codes with a smartphone equipped with a QR reader, (free apps are available for all popular devices), takes you directly to the listing details page of the property on your website. We generate these codes as image files, which means that you can also save a copy to your computer for use in all of your printed collateral, from yard signs to listing flyers!

Just navigate to the printable listing sheet for any property on the back end of your site, or create a showing sheet for multiple properties, and QR codes are automatically shown for all listings on the sheet.

Featured Sequoia Additions: CMS Preview & Sold Listings

We’ve added a “Preview” function to our LogicCMS – something we’ve had a lot of requests for and are excited to share! Now when you are creating or editing a page on your Sequoia website, you can get a sneak peek at how the content will appear live, without having to save the page and view it on the front end. At any time during the process of creating or editing a page, just scroll to the bottom of the editor and click the blue Preview button – a preview of the new version of the page opens in a new tab or window.

The Preview function lets you see your changes without saving your work; no more need to worry about how your formatted content will look to your customers. The Preview tool can also save you lots of time, since you no longer need to save a page and view it from the front end in order to see how your finished work will look.

For agents who want to show off the great properties they’ve recently sold, we just added the ability to show your sold listings along with your active ones right on your profile page. Just check the “Display Sold Properties On Bio” box in your Profile and your sold listings from the past 90 days will be shown right below your active listings. This is a great way to show prospective seller clients your portfolio and your close rate, or just to let people browse the quality listings you’ve recently represented.

New Weekly Sequoia System Trainings

We are happy to announce that Boston Logic will begin offering weekly support trainings for all Sequoia System users!

We know that in order for you, our Brokers, Agents and customers, to fully benefit from and maximize your websites integrated with our Sequoia platform, you need a solid understanding of how the software works and all the tools that come along with it. Whether you are a new or seasoned user of the system, our goal in these trainings is to arm you with a broad and tactical knowledge of the available Sequoia features built to give you an advantage in leveraging your business online.

The training sessions will be held via Webinar at the same time(s) each week, unless you are notified of a change. If you are interested in attending a Webinar session, please email Katrina directly, stating which class(es) you would like to attend. Your inquiry will be followed by an email containing log in information for the meeting.

TRAINING SCHEDULE (subject to change- please check back often):

Lead Management: Tuesdays @ 10am, Thursdays @ 2pm

CMS (Content Management System): Wednesdays @ 2pm

There is no limit on how many trainings you can attend and they are free to join. Feel free to tell all the agents in your office about our Lead Management sessions. If you feel you need further assistance, we are still happy to make one on one sessions available as well.

Leads, leads, leads! Sequoia System New Features

Yup, we did it again! The next time you look at your Sequoia site’s Settings panel, you will notice a few new additions to the Lead Settings section. We’ve just launched two great new additions to LogicLeads – tools that offer even greater ability for the Sequoia platform to make the work of assigning and managing leads easier and more efficient.

Let your agents claim unassigned leads…

By checking this box in Lead Settings, you open up your Unassigned Leads pool to the whole office; anyone with a lead management account can view all unassigned leads on your Sequoia website, and can view details about the lead such as where they came from, what they looked at on your website, and what they are interested in buying, renting, or selling.

Next to each lead, agents will see a Claim Lead link – when they click the link, the Sequoia platform assigns the lead to that agent so they can start working with the lead right away. Giving your agents the ability to claim their own leads lets your motivated team members work as hard, and as efficiently, as they want – to manage their sales pipeline and close more deals for your brokerage! Of course, Brokers and Admins can still assign leads to whomever they choose, not just to themselves, with this feature enabled. And if an agent makes a mistake and claims a lead they can’t work with, they can simply reject the lead and send it back into the Unassigned Leads pool for another team member to claim and close.

Advanced Lead Distribution

This feature lets the Sequoia platform screen leads for you, just like an office lead manager - giving leads to the appropriate agents based on the property the lead is interested in. With this feature enabled, every user on your Sequoia site who has a lead management account can define the leads they want to receive, by price range, locations, and property types.

If you have one agent who specializes in rentals, an Admin can set up the agent’s profile to get assigned only rental leads. If you have multiple offices and need to make sure that leads from your website get routed to agents near their desired locations, the system can ensure that your agents only receive relevant leads to their geography. If nobody on your team is a match for what a lead is looking for, Admin can choose to either have them remain unassigned for a broker to manually delegate, let agents grab them, or have them automatically assigned by round-robin.

All of these system options working in concert will make it easy for you to make sure your customers are working with the right members of your team, and that the process of following up with leads and turning them into deals happens as swiftly and smoothly as possible!

More Sequoia System Updates!

The Dev team at Boston Logic has created a tool that generates HTML listing templates for any MLS property with one click. If you want to show off a listing on Craigslist, in a sharply styled email, or anywhere you can paste HTML, you can generate these listing templates anytime you want. Just perform an MLS search on the back end of your Sequoia website and you will have the option to do so on every listing.

We’ve also added fields to Developments, Luxury Buildings, and Sales Exclusives to allow you to embed property videos. Just add a video of your great new listing or the hot new building in town to YouTube or any other video service that gives you embed codes, and copy that code into the Video field for the listing or building. The video will automatically be formatted on the listing page, ready to engage your prospective customers.

LogicScore

Sequoia websites are designed to produce the maximum possible number of leads, employing the latest and greatest tools on the web. With all of the potential customers you have the opportunity to work with, it can be difficult to determine who your “hottest” leads are, and who to reach out to first. If you find yourself in this situation, we have just the thing. We’ve recently released a tool we call LogicScore, which uses an activity measurement algorithm to show you the most relevant leads first.

Lead tables such as All Leads and My Leads are now filtered with the highest LogicScore by default – you can easily clear this filter to search or view leads by other criteria. The important thing for you to know about LogicScore is that the leads with the highest score are the ones who have done the most on your website, most recently. These leads are the most likely to be ready to buy or sell a home, and are the best people to approach first. Keep an eye out for leads with a high LogicScore and you will find your best new customers!

Daily Digest Emails

Want to know, at a glance, what is happening on your website? We’ve created a reporting tool that generates a concise, easy-to-read digest of the previous day’s activity on your site and emails it to you for your convenience. We show you all of your new leads, tell you about the leads that came back to visit your site, let you know what events you have scheduled for today, any tasks due, and more. You can turn off the emails at any time in your user profile admin panel, but once you see how convenient it is to get all of this critical info sent right to your inbox, we doubt you will!

Testimonials

We’ve added the ability to put testimonials from your best clients on your Sequoia agent profile, and on your office’s profile as well! You’ll notice a new sub-item under the CMS tab on your website labeled “Testimonials”. These content blocks can be associated with both an agent and an office, and you can create as many as you want. You can choose which ones to display on your site by simply checking a box next to each testimonial, so you can refresh the content you want to display on your bio as often as you want. Prospective customers love to see kind words that your clients have offered – add a few testimonials to your profile today so visitors to your site will feel confident that you are the best agent for them.

Websites like Boston.com which feature potential lead generation tools – like the ability to contact agents via email – inherently have the ability to create leads in your Sequoia CRM system. Here’s how. When a potential lead looks at one of your listings on a website like Boston.com, they typically have the ability to contact your agents through some type of simple form. These forms by themselves usually just send an email to your company’s general email address, but when integrated with the Sequoia Inbound Lead API, they take on a whole new life as portals to your lead management accounts. Leads that submit inquiries on outside sites integrated with the API get automatically created in your Sequoia site, complete with contact information, tracking information that shows what property the lead is interested in as well as which website created the lead via API, and more. By monitoring leads created through the API, you can precisely track the effectiveness of your other online marketing efforts. This can help you hone your campaigns while delivering more and more leads directly into your Sequoia CRM system where they belong!
